Executive Chef, Brendan Rotert, A native to Missouri, started his path in culinary arts at BC's Kitchen at the age of 17. With his talent and passion, he will continue our commitment to serving fresh quality food to you and yours.
Pastry Chef, Kelly Speth, graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, is a dynamic part of Chef Brendan's team. Her pastries and desserts are an integral part of the dining experience at BC's Kitchen.
